How would you like to be in 1, 2 or 5 year’s time? Most of us hide our shining selves behind our limiting mind beliefs and behaviours. In therapy my aim is to guide and encourage you: • To release those layers of self-limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviours. • To offer simple effective techniques to handle daily and life concerns. • To develop new ways to function effectively in relationship. • To offer unconditional support in the healing process. You may wish to resolve: • Past or present trauma • Fears or phobias • Stress, tension or anxiety-induced conditions • Communication difficulties • Self-esteem issues • Self-limiting beliefs and behaviours Counselling includes: • Hypnotherapy • Neuro Linguistic Programming • Time Based Therapy • Transactional Analysis with Gestalt & Ego State Work • Emotional Freedom Technique • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy The Sessions: I offer a free 15 minute phone discussion before your first appointment. The best time to contact me is between 6 – 7 p.m. If I am not available please leave a name and phone number and I will return your call as soon as possible. Sessions are at Kirrawee, Sutherlandshire Allow 1 – 1.5 hours for the first session. Subsequent sessions are 1.15 hours Fees: $90 per session Fee for Reiki: $40 per session Maureen has studied and worked for many years in both Australia and the United Kingdom, where she began her career in teaching and education. She has sound qualifications and experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities and an interest in Jungian Psychology. She is also a writer and published author. Maureen's preferred method of working is at a deeply intuitive level where the thoughts and feelings of the client are always respected and a safe place made available for work with one or a combination of the therapies in which she is experienced.
