Please meet Rona Spicer.  Rona is a clinical counsellor, psychotherapist & hypnotherapist.

Rona has been actively involved in the complementary field of health for over 25 years with diplomas and certificates in Massage, Reiki, Kinesiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Real Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and HypnoBirthing.  She is currently a member of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association, Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (Aust) and the Australian Kinesiology Association.  Rona also has an extensive business and administrative background with a Bachelor of Business and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.  The combination of these skills, her diverse background, and her ongoing interest, training, and personal development, provides the skill and aptitude to work easily, efficiently and effectively with many diverse areas of life.

Rona established her practice – Intrinsic Outcomes with a view that it is not enough to treat the symptoms. The WHOLE person and their individual and unique circumstances must be taken into consideration. The relationship between the body, mind and spirit is of the utmost importance, and Rona uses a combination of therapies to incorporate this philosophy. By combining a practical, common sense approach with new ideas and theories Rona believes the body; mind and spirit can be healed, renewed and enhanced.
