Workshop Content:
Learn what superivison is and what it is not. Learn the fundamentals of Individual and Group supervision, how to facilitate, give feed-back and handle potential problems within a group or with a client. Learn a methodology for record attendance - agreements, contracts and logistics. Gain valuable practical experience in a safe learning environment.
Lyn
Macintosh has been a hypnotherapist since 1989 and a counsellor since
1997. She started as a supervisor in August 1997 and currently has four
groups of supervisees who meet at her home in Dee Why monthly. She
also conducts supervision over the phone for remote and national
supervisees.
Lyndall Briggs was born
with a pendulum in her hand and has been hypnotising people ever since.
She has been a counsellor for over a century and a supervisor for at
least half of that... But on a serious note, Lyndall is the ASCH
President, an accredited supervisor for the ASCH and the ACA and has
over 20 years clinical experience. Lyndall specialises in one-to-one
supervision.
In
the spirit of the ASCH, Lyn and Lyndall will bring a serious subject to
life through a wealth of education, humour and professional
experiences.
