Cara Beltrame, the founder of Rest Easy Hypnotherapy, is a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic practitioner, and wellness mindset coach. She holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP from the Australian College of Hypnotherapy (ACH) and is registered with Australia’s two national hypnotherapy associations: the AHA and the ASCH.
Cara enjoys working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. She is proficient in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, CBT, and EMDR. Her specialised fields of interest include empowering people to manage anxiety and depression; panic and trauma; weight and addiction management. She is, however, qualified to provide effective treatment for a wide range of conditions. Cara is also a qualified Reiki I and II practitioner, having studied with Usui Reiki in Camberwell, Melbourne.
