Membership is FREE for students training to be hypnotherapists at an approved school by completing and submitting the Student Application Form below, together with a copy of your enrolment letter/email.

New Membership Application
Joining the ASCH is easy. Simply download and fill in the New Member Application Form here and submit it together with a copy of your hypnotherapy diploma.
Student Membership Application
If you are training to be a hypnotherapist at an approved school, use our online form here for FREE ASCH membership.
Change Membership Level

Renew Membership
Membership of the ASCH runs from 1 July to 30 June each year. If your membership is due for renewal, use this form here.
