An Introduction to the Hummingbird Method
The Hummingbird Method is an advanced transformational modality that works with the unconscious mind to shift deep-rooted patterns, life blocks, boundary issues, addictions, unresolved trauma and much more, quickly and powerfully. It’s designed for qualified therapists, hypnotherapists, coaches, and wellness professionals who want to take their work deeper, and work cleanly and effectively with the language of the unconscious: metaphor, symbolic narrative, and spontaneous insight.
In this webinar, Lela Diaz will:
- introduce the philosophy and process behind The Hummingbird Method and why it works
- describe the language of the unconscious mind, how it presents metaphors, and how to work with metaphors therapeutically
- provide real case studies and examples of client breakthroughs using the method
- explain the key distinctions between clean language and directive advice
- provide practical insights and takeaways that you can start using in your practice
- invite Q & A and group discussion to deepen your understanding and application of the method.
Lela’s aim is to leave you feeling inspired, equipped, and curious about the power of the Hummingbird Method, as well as providing you with valuable insights.
Lela Diaz is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Mind Coach, and lead trainer of the Hummingbird Method.
