The Unsung Benefits of Supervision — A Fresh Look at How Supervision Supports and Sustains Us

Supervision is often seen as a requirement — something we have to do for compliance or to maintain professional standards. But beneath the surface lies a rich source of support, growth, and resilience that is easy to overlook.

In this webinar, we’ll explore the unsung benefits of supervision — the hidden ways that supervision nourishes our practice, safeguards our wellbeing, and strengthens our professional identity. Whether you’re new to supervision or have years of experience, this session will invite you to reflect on how supervision can be so much more than a checkbox. it can be a lifeline for reflective practice, ethical clarity, and personal renewal.
